feeling confident in caring for your newborn
Preparing for your baby involves two essential parts: understanding what products you need (find more about that here) and learning how to care for your newborn with confidence.
Led by Sasa, who has neonatal ICU experience and years of experience supporting new families, our workshops cover the practical care techniques you'll use from day one: safe sleep setup, feeding approaches, daily care routines, and understanding your baby's cues. Each workshop is designed to give you practical knowledge and build your confidence through demonstration and discussion. All workshops welcome both parents—this is preparation you can do together.
These workshops prepare you — not with anxiety about everything that could go wrong, but with knowledge and skills that help you feel capable.
Important Note: Our workshops provide educational support and evidence-based care practices based on extensive newborn experience. This is not medical advice, diagnosis, or treatment. For medical concerns about you or your baby, please consult your pediatrician or healthcare provider. We help you understand when professional medical evaluation is appropriate.
