About us

Hi, I’m Myrna - founder of The Nanny Collective. I started this agency because I’ve seen what happens when families find the right nanny - someone they trust completely, who brings calm, care, and presence into their home. This work is deeply personal to me because I’ve lived it -  I’ve seen how powerful it is when a nanny is trusted and valued, and I’ve also felt the disconnect when care becomes just another task on a to-do list. I knew there had to be a more thoughtful, human way to approach in-home care - and that’s what I wanted to change.

At The Nanny Collective, we don’t believe in one-size-fits-all solutions. We take the time to really understand each family and each nanny - because when the connection is right, everything shifts.
