About the agency

Hi! I’m Myrna, founder of the Nanny Collective. I started this agency because I’ve seen what happens when families find the right nanny: someone they trust completely, who brings calm, care, and presence into their home. This work is deeply personal to me. I’ve felt the difference between care that’s just another task, and care that truly supports and uplifts a family. I knew there had to be a more thoughtful, human way to approach in-home childcare, and that’s what I set out to create.
