Frequently Asked Questions
At The Nanny Collective, we understand that choosing childcare is a big decision, and you deserve clear, honest answers. Below you’ll find responses to the most common questions families ask us. If you don’t see what you’re looking for, we’re just a message away.

All of our nannies are carefully selected professionals with at least two years of full-time childcare experience. They’re fluent in English (many are multilingual), CPR and First Aid certified, and have verified references and a valid police check. Many also hold university degrees or child development training.
-
Each nanny goes through a thorough vetting process:
Background and police checks
Social media screening
Verified references
A structured trial period
Ongoing training and monthly check-ins.
This ensures a high standard of safety, reliability, and alignment with our values.
