NEW PARENTS WORKSHOP - SLEEP

Build confidence in how you approach your baby's sleep: safely, sustainably, and without overwhelm.

Sleep is oftentime one of the most discussed topics for new parents. This workshop cuts through conflicting advice and gives you evidence-based, practical guidance for your baby's first 3 months.

We help you understand realistic newborn sleep patterns, navigate day/night confusion, and create sustainable routines that work for your family. No sleep training promises, no guarantees of "sleeping through the night" — just honest, practical preparation.

Led by Sasa, who has neonatal ICU experience and understands both what current research shows and what actually works in real homes with real babies.

What You'll Cover:

  • Setting up your baby's sleep space safely: demonstrating how to check mattress fit, position your baby correctly, and create an environment that meets current safety standards

  • What newborn sleep actually looks like in those first weeks (spoiler: not what you expected) and when patterns start to shift

  • Swaddling techniques and when to transition to sleep sacks—plus how to know if your baby is ready for the change

  • Why your baby seems to have day and night confused, and practical approaches to help them adjust

  • Creating a sleep environment that works: the role of temperature, darkness, and white noise in your baby's room

  • Understanding which sleep patterns are normal development versus when it's time to talk to your pediatrician

  • Building a sustainable approach to sleep as a team: how you and your partner can support each other through exhausting nights
