This service ensures your nanny is formally employed, which means stability for you, and professional security for them, unlike informal childcare arrangements that often lack structure or legal protection. No more last-minute cancellations, shifting availability, or uncertainty with your dedicated nanny committed to your family, ready to become a dependable part of your daily life.

  • Item description

    • A one-on-one consultation to understand your family’s values, lifestyle, and childcare needs.

    • Personalized nanny search and shortlisting of 1–3 carefully selected candidates.

    • In-depth nanny profiles with professional experience, references, and insights from personal interviews.

    • Coordination of interviews, try-out days, and ongoing guidance throughout the match process.

    • Full contract setup, payroll, and legal compliance taken care of by our trusted partners - so you don’t need to worry about the admin.

    • Pricing: €2,000 placement fee (IVA included), with a €500 initial deposit to begin your search. The remaining balance is paid once you’ve confirmed your nanny. If no match is found by us, the deposit is fully refundable.

    • Confidence that your nanny is formally employed and legally protected, eliminating the risks and inconsistencies that come with informal setups.
