When life calls for a little extra support - during a trip to Barcelona, a temporary work shift, or a much-needed night out - our Occasional Nanny Care is designed to give you trusted, professional help without the formality of a long-term setup. Once you share your schedule and pay the one-time starting fee, we introduce you to a small, curated team of experienced nannies that align with your family’s vibe and needs.


You choose who feels right, and we will take care of the rest. No contracts, no admin, just reliable, thoughtful care when you need it.

    • No paperwork, no ongoing commitment; just share your schedule, and we’ll coordinate the rest.

    • A one-time starting fee of €100, with hourly rates starting at €19/hour.

    • Minimum of 4 hours per visit, with full flexibility around days and times (evenings, weekends, daytime).

    • We carefully recommend a nanny who suits your family, and confirm availability; saving you time and energy.

    • Payment is made directly to the Nanny Collective, so you never have to manage hourly admin or back-and-forths.

    • The freedom to book as little or as often as you need, with support that feels personal and professional.

    • Truly flexible care; ideal for families visiting Barcelona or those with ever-changing schedules.

  • Every nanny of our team goes through rigorous background checks, including references, police records, and social media screening before the first in-person interview we have with them. Besides this, each nanny brings at least two years of hands-on childcare experience, always tailored to the age group they’ll be supporting.
